Kalyn is a licensed therapist who specializes in using the power of attachment and relational-cultural therapy to help women and non-binary people of color overcome perfectionism, relationship challenges, anxiety, and depression to co-create a satisfying & meaningful life.

Kalyn uses her diverse professional backgrounds in mental health, entrepreneurship, sport, and journalism to support teams and organizations in achieving wellness-rooted performance and thriving.

Kalyn creates and curates a variety of wellness tools designed to support her clients in actualizing the change and growth they seek. From insights, to courses, to implementation tools, these resources help clients translate our services into real-time healing and transformation.

ABOUT KALYN WILSON, LCSW

Kalyn earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She completed her graduate practicum training at Duke University Counseling and Psychological Services, and later completed a two-year post-graduate social work fellowship at Emory University Counseling and Psychological Services. She is also fully EMDR-trained by the Institute for Creative Mindfulness.

Kalyn’s social work training, experience, and interests include providing psychotherapy, case management, and clinical programming in high-pressure institutions such as magnet-public secondary schools, university counseling centers, nonprofits, corporations, social ventures, athletic institutions, and private practice. Kalyn’s research and practice background includes culturally-responsive relationship therapy, intersectionality, healing complex trauma, and social innovation.
